Based in Coventry and established for over 140 years, Burbidge & Son are a successful British kitchen manufacturing business, who continue to identify and respond to new trends with inspirational designs and quality manufactured kitchen doors and accessories.

The secret of their success is due to their manufacturing capability, maintaining the very highest quality, and even to this day the vast majority of their products are manufactured at their two sites in Coventry rather than being imported from abroad. The company also benefits from having a very strong management team.

Burbidge have used Spiral since 2003 as an additional resource to tackle cost reduction projects in areas that are important in the overall running of the business, but could easily be neglected due to other more pressing priorities.

Successful projects have been concluded over the years ranging from office supplies and equipment (23% savings), to contract cleaning (16%), waste disposal (19%), distribution (30%) and packaging (5-10%) saving many thousands of pounds.
