Business rates were reassessed by the Valuations Office Agency (VOA) for the start of the 2005-06 financial year, and as these assessments will remain in place for five years, it is important to examine the basis of any calculation.

This offer is structured such that you will not need to pay out any money up front. The fees are based wholly on success, and if there is no reduction in your liability, there will be no charge.

The fee will be charged at 45% of any savings obtained plus VAT. No reduction - no charge.

A fee is only charged on actual savings, credits, rebates or interest received from the Local Authority. For example, if agreement is reached in September 2005, a fee will be charged to the end of the 2005/06 rate year, but not beyond.
