We work with buyers - not against them. A project will only work if the buyer is involved in the process
Who We Work With - Buyers
A buyer can feel threatened by the engagement of any organisation who they feel are there to look at how they work, and what they do. We fully understand this reticence and are keen at the start of working with any client that we meet with any people who could deem our involvement as a threat to their own job and way of working.
Our role within any organisation is not to replace a buyer, we are there to be used by the buyer as a resource, looking at areas of less importance than they need get involved in, and providing price and deal structure information that will assist the buyer in their job.
We are the first to acknowledge that for any review we carry out to be successfully implemented, the buyer must be on our side. For this to happen we must work closely with the buyer to ensure that any recommendations we make are aligned with the buyers existing procurement strategy.
