Who We Work With - Finance Directors

Where a business has a Finance Director in situ we aim to deal with them in tandem with the Managing Director. Normally a Finance Director is targeted to find cost savings within a business and it is up to us to see whether our services can assist in these targets being met.

A Finance Director is very much involved in setting the parameters of any work we carry out. As the people with the finger on all areas of expenditure we look to the Finance Director for guidance in setting out the areas we review, and in which order this is done.

As with Managing Directors we find that each Finance Director we deal with wants differing levels of involvement, and these levels of reporting are set at the outset so they have full details of our work at all times. Again we are happy to work in whatever way suits the Finance Director and his Board level colleagues.
