We aim to make access to our group purchasing service and deals as easy as possible. We want to make sure that you know what savings are available to you before you commit to anything, and so this is how it could work for you.

• We agree the scope of the review between us
• We take samples of invoices for these areas to establish expenditure and price structure
• We produce a comprehensive report for you with details of available savings
• You agree the areas you wish to proceed with and join the scheme
• We implement the savings with you and your staff, introducing new suppliers where applicable
• We will ensure that the correct price structure is implemented by the supplier
• We will monitor supplier performance and deal with any service issues that may arise
