How We Are Funded

In order to make the Spiral service both attractive and attainable for our clients, a payment structure has been created to ensure that you, the end user, will always be better off from using us here at Spiral.

Access to Spiral’s services is by way of a nominal monthly subscription, based on your number of employees, which will be agreed in advance before you decide whether to engage with us.

For each review we carry out for you, we give you a choice as to whether you pay us or not for the savings we generate.

 Should the savings produced by the review involve the company using a preferred supplier of Spiral Group Purchasing, then there will be no fee for the project.

If, however, you want to retain your existing supplier, then our fees are based on a percentage of savings achieved – just 35% of the first 12 months savings. This compares very favourably to the market average for most cost reduction businesses of 50% of savings for a period of between 18 months and 3 years.

If you just wish for advice on how you procure products and services, or if you want an overview of your supplier base and what improvements could be made to this, then this work will be charged on a day rate basis, to be agreed at the project outset.
