Ian Templeman

Ian started his working life as a graduate trainee with Beecham Group (now Glaxo Smith Kline) in London, before moving into their distribution division in Manchester.

Ian returned to London with Rentokil Initial as a Customer Services Manager, looking after their more prestigious accounts, including a spell managing the contract to supply the Wimbledon Tennis Championships. From there he moved into Initial’s IT department as a project manager/analyst for six years working on projects around the UK.

Following spells at Coloroll and Findel plc, Ian joined Spiral in 2003 Customer Service Manager, providing front line support and assistance to all of Spiral’s clients.

Ian’s role is now as Operations Manager within Spiral, running the customer support programme, and developing the company infrastructure as it grows.

Away from work Ian is heavily involved in the non-league football scene in the North West of England, regularly contributing to local and national media coverage.
