Who We Work With - Managing Directors

When dealing with any business, where applicable, we like to have the Managing Director involved in some shape or form.  A successful cost reduction project needs to be sponsored from the top of the business, and in doing so this enables everyone involved to act with the relevant authority to achieve the desired results.

We will work with a Managing Director to whatever degree they would like. Some just want to be kept appraised of the results without reference to details of how savings were achieved, whilst other will want an involvement in every step of our work with their business.

In the end it is their sponsorship that ensures our success, and their involvement that shows people within their business that cost efficiency is high up on their agenda, and something that should be embraced by all.
