Moxhull Hall is a high quality 18 bedroom hotel, a magnificently refurbished and elegant Victorian building set in 8 acres of picturesque gardens.
Based near Sutton Coldfield, in the West Midlands, the hotel caters for weddings, family parties and business conferences providing a range of dining options in a stunning oak panelled room with a roaring fireplace.
Proprietor, Andreas Kalavanas, initially called Spiral in to assist with a long running and complicated dispute over incorrect billing and mis management of their account by the hotel’s electricity supplier.
After lengthy negotiation Spiral were able to achieve a discount of £5,000 off the bill and got the supply arrangement back on a proper footing.
Spiral then focussed on landline telecoms saving 48% on calls and 15% on line rental costs and have also introduced a specialist catering supplies partner who have saved money in several catering related areas, including bar supplies.
