As part of the service if a client chooses to proceed with one of our offers, we handle the entire transfer process on their behalf, from generating the necessary paperwork through to liaising with the suppliers to ensure a smooth and seamless transfer. The whole process is quick and easy.

THE 7 STEPS TO CONTROL YOUR UTILITIES

 

Step 1: Fax or email copies of your last 2 electricity and/or gas bills to us – all pages required

 

Step 2: Advise us of your Contract Renewal dates – if known

 

Step 3: If you are in contract we will diarise and contact you again at the right time to review the contract (this varies for different suppliers)

 

Step 4: We will guide you through the termination process

 

Step 5: We will shop around the market to make sure we gain the very best tariffs for you and provide you with a range of options to consider (different suppliers/different terms, from 1 year up to 5 years) and demonstrate the cost of each option

 

Step 6: We will take forward whatever action you instruct and will handle everything necessary, IF you decide to change supplier
