Answering the phone promptly is a key issue for any company.  After all, missed calls could mean missed business.

 

But how do you address the age old problem of ensuring every call to your business actually gets through?

 

Engaged lines or a diverted call to a voice mail could drive potential customers elsewhere, and you need to ensure every contact is captured quickly and accurately.

So, how does it work?  You will be allocated a unique telephone number, and you can choose from any dialling code (e.g. 020, 0161, 0844 etc).  You then divert your existing line to this number , either choosing to divert a call when your phone is engaged, or when it isn’t answered after a number of rings, or just divert at all times.  You can even give the divert number directly to clients.

 

When a call is diverted, your company details will appear on the operator’s screen, allowing her to answer the call in your company name in a way agreed by you.  A message can then either be e-mailed or texted to you, or the call can even be patched through to you.

 

Using this service, you will never run the risk of missing that new customer just because you couldn’t get to the phone!
