The firm is based in the West Midlands, with offices in Birmingham City Centre, Solihull and Sheldon.

The firm engaged Spiral Group Purchasing in 2010 to undertake a review of their overhead costs, to ensure they were gaining best value from their existing supplier base. The resultant review focussed initially on five key areas – office supplies, print, telecoms, energy and contract cleaning – highlighting savings in excess of £10,000, partly through negotiation with incumbent suppliers, partly by taking advantage of new suppliers recommended by Spiral.
Subsequently, Spiral took full responsibility for managing contract renewals for several electricity supplies, mobile phones and landline telecoms including identifying a historical overcharge, and gaining a refund, of £1,400.
