The Beattie Partnership

The Beattie Partnership is a firm of Chartered Surveyors, based in Central Manchester.  The company has one of the largest business rating teams in the country, and has many years experience advising clients on property and property related matters.  Through a deal agreed by Spiral, Beatties will investigate savings on members’ business rates for no upfront fee, with costs covered through a share of any savings achieved.

In the Education sector, Beatties have provided professional property advice to Schools and Colleges throughout England and Wales for over ten years.  They currently act for in excess of 400 educational establishments from small nursery and preparatory schools to large schools such as Stowe School, Marlborough College and London Business School.

There is an ever-increasing requirement for Schools to scrutinise their expenditure and make their properties work better for them.  Beatties experience in working with many educational establishments has enabled them to develop specific services to assist their clients in achieving a more efficient and less costly property base.

As a result of trusted relationships Beatties have also developed a consultancy role. This has meant that they have become the outsourced property department for some of their larger clients, dealing with all aspects of their property portfolio.
